With over 2,600 members, the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) is the leading professional organisation in the UK concerned with acoustics. Members are active in research, educational, environmental and industrial organisations and have wide ranging interests in all aspects of acoustics from physical acoustics, infrasonics and ultrasonics to aerodynamic noise, building acoustics and transportation noise.
